Tonight's Santa Tour in Charlottetown postponed to Saturday due to weather


Tonight’s Santa Tour in Charlottetown has been postponed to Saturday due to inclement weather.

The tour was scheduled to go through Sherwood-Parkdale and the centre of the city.

The Charlottetown Christmas Parade presents: Santa Claus Comes to Town which will continue on Wednesday:

* Wednesday, Dec. 2 – City centre (north of Brighton Road-Euston Street, west of University Avenue, south of Capital Drive;

* Thursday, Dec. 3 – East Royalty, Hillsborough Park, Sherwood-Parkdale (between Brackley Point Road and St. Peters Road)’

* Saturday, Dec. 5 – Sherwood-Parkdale (between Mount Edward and Brackley Point roads) the city centre (north of Euston Street, east of Spring Park Road and south of Kirkwood Drive-Allen Street.

All tours begin at 5:30 p.m. and are anticipated to take about two hours to complete. Detailed route maps are available at Charlottetown.ca/santatours.
